Soup Night (last night)
1.)Italian Wedding Soup, Nick's Favorite. His Nonna taught me how to make it years ago. I use ground beef for the meatballs because Nicholas doesn't want me to use veal. 2.)Vegetarian Chunk Chili which is my favorite. (Royce adds summer sausage to his bowl because he must eat meat...). 3.)Vegetarian Lentil for Lea which she thinks is o.k. She likes the potatoes. You can see that most of them are gone.

The bread looks really good too. I prefer non-vegetarian lentils myself.
Do you know that I've never made one of those soups. I've made chili, but not vegetarian chili. All of it sounds good to me.
I like the veg chili because it's so chock full of thick chunks of veggies and a variety of beans.

Me, I want the recipe! That bread looks fabulous and the soups...wow. You've inspired me to pull out my stockpot this weekend and see what I can come up with! That wedding soup, it probably wouldn't be the same without any meat, but can you swing me that recipe, too?
